After an initial assessment of your mobility, stability and your goals, we will partner through a 55 minute workout, where you will learn the key techniques to improve your form and reduce the risk of injury during training and most importantly, achieve the goals you’ve set. This session is suitable for clients who prefer a one on one experience, a custom program created just for you, wants to learn more and get results.

Note: Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
